New City, New Sarah

The curse of the writer is not being able to find the words to say what you need to. Hence my two month absence from writing on my blog. My life has changed dramatically in this short period of time. I landed the job at Web Talent—the day I was officially offered the position was one of the happiest in recent memory. I am completely in love with what I'm doing and the people I work are beyond brilliant. While I'm historically very unlucky, I'm thanking every star in the sky these days for my good fortune.

New City, New Sarah

Friday marks a new chapter in my life. I'll be packing my bags and moving out of my childhood home where I've lived for nearly 14 years to move to my very own apartment in Lancaster, PA. I didn't go away for college so this is a huge step for me and one that I'm ready to take. I know it's the beginning of a journey of self discovery. For that reason, I'm calling this new chapter "New City, New Sarah."

I'm going to be focusing more on high quality living. I'm continuously inspired by Shannon Ables (her moving checklist has been my saving grace) and Jennifer Scott. I also dearly love my friend Sarah's former blog and have been impressed with what Christine has been publishing on A Wellington Life. Sed Bona is another perennial favorite of mine and will be inspiring some of style motivation for NCNS. After all, Ashley wears a red lip like no one else.

In the following weeks, you'll be seeing content from me that focuses on:

  • Updating your style
  • Cooking healthy and delicious foods
  • Increasing overall wellness
  • Decorating your home
  • Dating and romantic pursuits

I'll be writing not as an expert in any of these, but as a woman looking to share her experiences with others and hopefully get some advice along the way. I look forward to hearing your thoughts!
