Sarah Michelle | Wellness Blogger

In February 2017, I decided to change my life. I wasn't happy with my career trajectory and loathed sitting at a desk for eight hours a day. I had just gotten engaged to the love of my life and was ready to fully start our life together. I knew it was time.

We moved to a new city, to a new home, and I tried to find my new identity. I pursued new jobs in desperation. I needed to find a way to make money, to have something to fill my days. Every interview went well, but something didn't click. I was the right candidate for the position, but the timing wasn't right.

To fill my anxiety-ridden hours, I started reading several books on self improvement until it finally clicked. I needed to be fearless. This blog has seen various incarnations over the past two years, but I kept coming back to the topic of wellness. What it would mean to live well or have a life well lived.

Eventually, I cracked open a journal and started answering the tough question: What would I do if I could do anything?

The answer came to me later in the day as I was walking my dog, Cloe, around a local park wearing this new pair of teal spandex workout leggings. I've always dreamed of being a full-time blogger. I love to follow other bloggers, and I was always dreaming up what my life would be like if I could achieve their success.

In those moments, I changed my identity.

Today, I'm a full-time wellness blogger writing about self care, self love, capsule wardrobes, manifestation, and more. I also have a freelance social media consulting business, Cultivated Communications, and walk dogs as a side hustle.

I hope you'll join me on my journey to being fearless. I love to hear from readers so contact me any time! I'm currently working on a bunch of freebies and downloads for you guys, and I'll be writing my first book on wellness soon
